A complete structure diagram showing ultimate beneficial ownership (with % of the ownership), any intermediate or holding companies and any other companies in the group including, details of the principal activities of these companies and the jurisdiction in which they are domiciled - original, dated and signed
  9. Passports and Utility bills of all Directors, UBOs with 25% or greater ownership or voting control - duly certified copies
  10. Authorised Signatories List and POA (if any) - duly certified copy
  11. Balance sheet and financial statement – for the last reporting period - duly signed by authorised persons
  12. The relevant 8BEN Form - original, dated and signed
  13. Other documents as may be further reasonably required.

 

In order to provide you with the full list of required documents please send us the document mentioned in clause 8 (in scan) to start with.

Due diligence documents should be in the English language or accompanied by a certified English translation.

Please note that certification of the document should be strictly as required and no older than 3 months from the current date:

The certifications on company documents and on address verification documents must state: “I hereby certify that this is a true copy of the original document which I have seen”

The certifications on passports must state: I hereby certify that this is a true copy of the original document which I have seen, and that any photographic representation contained therein is a true likeness of the individual whom I have met”

The certifier must sign and date the certification, they must provide contact details to include their email address, the location of where they have signed and they must print their name which has to be legible.

Examples of acceptable certifiers are a member of the judiciary, a senior civil servant, serving police officer, officer of an embassy, a lawyer, notary public, a qualified actuary or accountant or a director or officer of an Appendix C business.

Our Administrator must also be able to independently identify the verifier and the qualifications to which they state they have.

All documents should be provided in scans first and in certified copies later on.
